Hold the REFRESH Key + press the POWER button. Chromebook will restart and the Google log in screen will appear.  Some Chromebook models have the power key on the side; others will have it on the keyboard itself.

1. Click the clock at the bottom right of the screen and click on Keyboard. 2. Once opened, change the keyboard layout to U.S. layout. If this issue continues after the correct keyboard is selected, it is likely a software/hardware issue. Please write an IT ticket for this issue!
